Product Description
1 the machine is composed of a base, a knife roller, upper and lower feeding mechanism and feeding device and hydraulic buffer system and electric control system. The feeding device of belt conveyor or
vibrating feedertwo; belt machine is driven by the lower feed roll motor;
2 feeding roller and knife roller rotation direction of the same, lower feed roller and knife roller
oppositedirection of rotation. Hobbing stagger, allows debris to be cleaned;

andhas better, and through the dynamic balance testing;
4 the cutting process is composed of fly and bottom knife to finish, spacing and bottom knife knife should be maintained at 0.5-1mm;

The inner structure of wood chipper
Drum Woodchipper can be made into fixed type and movable type according to chipping materials. It is
composed of machine rack,blade roller, hopper, conveyor and hydraulic system.The machine body is
welded of high strength steel plates and support the whole chipper working. There are two or four blades
(knife) fixed on blade roller(knife roller). Because of the different depth of raw materials, the upper roller
can float up and down within certain limits under the role of hydraulic system. The regular chips then go
through screening sieve while the larger ones need extra chipping.
About the hydraulic system
The hydraulic system can start shroud for the convenient change of chipping blades.
During maintenance,we can put up the upper feeding roller assembly for adjusting blades gaps and
